I couldn't find specific information about that device which is probably due to it being part of an older series. Same as above, check that your copy of Quartus has these devices listed.2) A programmer to programme the EEPROM EPC1PC8, EPC1213PC8 and EPC1064PC8, to be used MAX+PLUS II Version 10.2.
I’ve checked the version Quartus II web edition that we linked to in this thread, none of the flex devices are listed, and for the EEPROMs, the EPC1PC8 is listed but the other two are not. So you’ll need to obtain a copy of Quartus or programming software that supports those devices.
