yes there is a protective film, sorry, all is ok.
have you keyboard button for this board ?

thanks a lot.
do you know if a vga adapter to hdmi works on this card? because by default the source is set on hdmi and as I do not have the keyboard I can not select the source VGA.

If you turn the controller board over you will see the pinnout for the connector in silkscreen on the underside. This is as follows:


IR-VCC
GND
IR
POWER
MENU
+++++
------
SOURCE
LED-G
LED-R

If you need to change the input you just need to connect the SOURCE pin to the GND pin using a wire or a switch. Each time you connect the source to the GND pin it will step to the next input. The on screen display will tell you what input you currently have selected. Once an input has been selected it should stay set to that input even when power is removed.

hi im new here i have one of these boards with 800x480 tft and im having an issue on my pi getting it to display correctly evan if i try my laptop in to it as well it spilss over as if its not the right screen for display looking about do i need to reflash the driver chip that ive seen with the correct firmware or is there nay settings i can add to my pi config to fix this issue

I don't think you need to flash the firmware, it must come from a setting at the pi level, on google you should find the right settings for TFT screens
