High power brushed DC motor ESC speed controller. Capable of controlling the speed of two brushed DC motors (connected by ESC in parallel) in both forward and reverse directions using a standard PWM signal generated by most R/C receivers. Power can be supplied from a 7.2 to 12V battery with a maximum continuous load of 15A. ESC comes with a Tamiya style battery connector. Two sets of fly leads with 3.5mm sockets provide power for up to two DC motors. Control is via a 3 pin (GND-5V-SIG) 0.1" pitch servo connector with an 11cm cable. The ESC also supplies a 5V output via servo connector with a maximum supply of 1.5A. A large heat-sink with a 30mm cooling fan controlled by the on-board circuitry helps keep the speed controller running as efficiently as possible.
This speed controller can also be directly controlled from most Arduino development boards using the Arduino servo library and 1 PWM pin.
Please note this ESC is not waterproof. When connecting more than one DC motor they are connected in parallel and cannot be independently controlled.
