This is a tiny rechargeable Lithium ion polymer battery that fits perfectly behind the TinyDuino Processor board to power your projects. The battery has a capacity of 140mAh at 3.7V, the voltage can range from 4.2V when fully charged to 3.0V when completely discharged. The battery includes protection circuitry to protect the battery from over charging or completely discharging.
This battery includes a micro JST SH connector, which is used on TinyCircuits products that support Lithium ion batteries (namely the TinyDuino Processor Board).

If you buy the lithium version of the tinyduino processor board this has a battery charging circuit built in. Other versions don't have charging capabilities. To answer your second question is a little tricky as it's entity dependant on on your application. To give you an idea though the battery has a capacity of 150mAh. That means it can supply 150mA for 1 hour or 50mA for 3 hours etc. So say you have 5 LEDs running constantly at 5mA each would drain the battery after 6 hours without taking into account the processor board.
