PIC K150 programming error

trying to programme PIC 16c67 processor. Can programme device with 0000 data, but when I try to programme with proper data I get received data error. Any Ideas??

It may be worth a read, especially the last post on page 3 which explains how to adjust timings.

A simple question.

Does your PIC16C67 have a window so that you can erase the EPROM in a UV eraser?

If there isn't a window, you get only one chance to programme the chip.

The idea with these older devices is to develop your firmware using the UV-erasable version, then programme the One Time Programmable PICs for your production units.
