[I'm french and my english is surely very bad]

Hi, I have recently buy the "Microcontroller experimenter kit" (I have receipts it yesterday) so when I plug the cable, (after have installed the software and drivers) windows say "Unknow USB"

Anyone can help me

PS:
I have Windows 8.

Have you tried to install the drivers that are in the Arduino->Drivers folder? Also if possible could you try a different USB cable?

Different cable ? It can change anything ?
