This kit uses the Atmel AT89S52 24PU microcontroller, not the Atmel AT59S52 as stated in the build instructions.

One of the pins of the loudspeaker is marked with + polarity, but in the assembly instructions the image is not clear enough to indicate whether the + should be connected to the top or bottom hole of the sound.out solder pads.
