Hi, I have recently buy the "Microcontroller experimenter kit" (I have receipts it yesterday) so when I plug the cable, (after have installed the software and drivers) windows say "Unknow USB"

Have you tried to install the drivers that are in the Arduino->Drivers folder? Also if possible could you try a different USB cable?
