Hello guys,
I have this device, but there are 3.3V and 0.4 mA on all 8 channels, and this current influences on my measurements (I can't analyze I2C protocol).
Is it normal?
And
Could anybody measure channels output voltage and current?

The analyser uses a 74HC245 as buffer to the input pins. This is powered from a 3.3V supply but there are some resistors between this buffer and the pins so that it be used with 5V logic. These resistors are quite low in value so there will also be some loading of a few mA when connected to 5V logic and you should expect to see ~3.3V at the pins when left floating.
If the loading effect is pulling your I2C bus low you could try adding some external resistors in series with the logic analysers inputs. I'd start at about 10K. Alternatively you may want to check that you do have external pull-ups on your I2C bus and that they are the correct value.

Yes, it's not an issue I've seen myself with I2C because at worst case it should only pull the signal down to >3.3V. The device(s) on your I2C bus are must not like this. Changing the resistors is certainly one option if you're comfortable with desoldering/soldering surface mount resistors but they are in 4 way resistor packs, not single resistors. Also I would strongly recommend testing it with external resistors first to determine a value that works with your setup.

The instructions and links to latest downloads you sent via PM has done the trick with this device - re-flashed with the FX2 image.
After all my previous messing about, I had to dig-deep in to Windows to expunge the previous driver files and associated INF files before the final step of loading the FX2 drivers would succeed and then allow PulseView to recognise the device - which now appears as 'Cypress FX2' in the analyser.
That was fun - thanks again!
Terrific support and service - for what is unlikely to be a particularly profitable sale for HC!

I've installed the distro's package of sigrok on Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa and the OS sees the logic analyser but sigrok-cli doesn't.
Has anyone had success with Mint (an Ubuntu derivative) or got any idea what I could try or how to investigate further?
